Do Not Let the Credit Crunch Affect Your Holiday

As the recession moves further and further, people begin to get stressed and panic. Unemployment figures have shot through the roof and they are going to increase a huge amount more. A brief research programmer showed that more than half of employees have already cancelled their summer holidays. There are a couple of reasons as to why people are cancelling their trips, firstly because of money worries and secondly because of the fact that they feel they might lose hteir job if they tale too much time off.

But going on holiday and having a break is not only good for you but it is also good for your employees for a few reasons which are mentioned below:
1) Working all year round without a break will make you become less productive at work. You will get overwhelmed and tired simply because you just would not have anything to look forward too and will end up getting the sack.
2) Getting away will help you relax and think more clearly and if you do end up getting the sack then at least you will have a clear mind and motivation to find a new job.
3) If you have a close knit family they may start getting annoyed that you are constantly working all of the time, so it could infact cause personal arguments.

There are a vast amount of further reason as to why you should take a break and if you really feel your boss will sack you then maybe you are not in the right job.
